"This past week I went to Starbucks 3 times. One time they were closed during normal business hours. Other 2 times, they would only take mobile orders at drive through. The purpose of drive through is to not have to go inside."
"Wow! I am not used to such awful service and bad attitudes. The ladies were hateful. Each time I ordered they walked by me multiple times without so much as a greeting or "I'll be with you in a moment." They seemed to take great joy in torturing the new hire, poor kid. Will not be back."
"I love Starbucks my first time going to the Starbucks here in Vidalia, Georgia. The service was awful. Here's a picture of how I received my drinks.. Nothing that I asked for I paid almost $13 for these drinks. The receipt is with it to clarify. I went through the drive thru, and I went back to let them know that my drinks were not made right. They had an attitude. I would never go to this Starbucks again. Such a bad experience!! Normally, it's not like that with Starbucks."
