"I've been using Dr. Treadup and the NP's there for 14 years and I have always had good experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful, Dr. Treadup is great, although I don't see her too often I usually get the NP's. I do miss NP Vitale though, she was awesome but the newer NP, for some reason I cannot remember her name, ugh, is very nice and helpful as well. I don't usually reveiw Dr's because it's such a personal service it's hard to review but when I went to Google to find the office hours I saw the reviews and had to add my .02 cents. I see a ton of Dr's due to being diagnosed late in life with Type 1 Diabetes and Dr. Treadup's office are the ones who caught it early before it could do any major damage. I only wish Dr. Treadup was an Endocronologist becasue then she could take care of everything for me."
"I am completely fed up with this office. I was supposed to be seen by Dr. Treadup this morning i was called 35 mins befor my appointment they left a message that i could call back at 7. Didnt pick up the phone until almost 715. When i did get through i was told they needed to reschudule my appointment because the doctor wasnt in today. I asked if any of the other doctors had something and of course not. Now if that was the first time no biggie but this is the 3rd or 4th time in a row that i havent been able to see my doctor that i have been going to for years. This office is horrible. Wouldnt give it one star if i didnt have to."
"The doctor and np are great but the office staff is awful . After waiting on hold for 14 minutes someone just picked up the phone and hung up on me without a word. When you call back you go into a que of calls again. This is not the first time this has happened to me. It is worse than calling an insurance company!"
