"I’ve been here 12 years never had a problem they actually understand I’ve had dr Guptil he was the best but now I have dr Stowe and he is very understandable for the past 5 years I’ve had ashley who is the assistant and she is very respectful and patient she is always professional im happy with her nurse practitioner Dina mello is very nice I seen her last 12 years also nurse practitioner margaret is also awsome I will refer anyone who deals with extreme pain here any-day thank u to all of u for ur kindness and understanding when it comes to dealing with the severe pain that some of us have to deal with on a daily basis"
"Several bad experiences in dealing with the medical assistant “A” she is unprofessional, lacks responsibility, rude and abuse behavior towards the elderly, does not have patience or compassion to be in the medical field , and does not perform her job duties , a lot of unnecessary time and visits to the office because she did not follow thru on documentation and care about having the complete results available for the doctor. Also tried several times I’ve to discuss her attitude and incompetence with supervisor and not return phone . Side note I do like Dr. Stowe but dealing his assistant has become intolerable,"
