"NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT was not clearly communicated before asking for signed contract. Deposit was explained as covering the first 14 days of service and is fine as a business practice but not mentioned as being non refundable when requested. The elderly client was hospitalized only 7 days in and did not return home. A call was made to inform of the situation and a request of half the deposit back due to the circumstances. This business was all too happy to keep the full deposit."

"Wish I could give this place no stars. It’s the worst ever! Please don’t pick this company for your loved ones. It’s many great places in Massachusetts that offer this service. Leah the Owner is a compulsive liar. She sell a dream to families and have people that are not trained. She pull the good caregivers out and put them with the worst families. So many people have quit this company. She’s the worst owner and boss ever! I tried not to do this. I had things at a client house she hadn’t paid me for. She lied like she would bring them to me! No reimbursement! She also had me in a bad racist situation. And started building a fake case against me: I have never experienced this anywhere else/ all she care about is herself and lying to keep clients! She’s done so much to me! God see all! Had me coming way to Massachusetts! I need to be reimbursed! Someone need to shut this company down! God see all! She basically said the he’ll with me. Leah Is a compulsive liar"

"At first I enjoyed working for this company. As time has gone on, they consistently ask for us to take on extra shifts. They offer a $25 team player bonus if you do. Which is an insult when you work 12 hour shifts overnights. People quit left and right. I made it one month shy of a year. I absolutely loved my patient and hated to quit but the laxadasical attitude of the owner about other responsibilities you may have was enough. If you are waiting for another aide to take over and they call out sick then you need to be there as the owner. Knowing your employee has a full time job during the day, you would think the owner would step up to cover you so as not to lose ANOTHER employee. Her texts were about her and how she was feeling rather than taking an understanding approach. She was unprofessional and made it all about her. Although I will miss my patient, I will not work for a company who doesn't care about their employees, and only wants a body. I deserve to be appreciated and so do you. I would NOT recommend this company."
