"My experience initially was great. There's been no mechanical issue with the car I bought. About 2 weeks after my purchase, it rained heavily and I noticed there was a lot of water leaking into the car, which allowed water to interfere with the radio working. There was one or two other very minor issues. I brought it back to k&k and explained the issue. Bryce was the only person there and he recommended a place that doesn't even handle glass. Then brought it back again just to see if there's anything that they could help with fixing without going to an overpriced company. The associate called me rude as if I ever said it was her fault the car was sold to me like this. I simply wanted to see if we could find a solution together. I even told her I didn't think it was purposely sold that way and if there's nothing they could do, it was fine. I was still spoken to in a very condescending manner."
