"I have been taking my mother to Dr Spiri for a few years. He was always quick and we were pleased with no issues until her dementia has increased. His staff is wonderful, but Dr Spiri needs to know how to handle his "patients" and "patience". His bedside manor is horrible. If I could give zero stars I would have done that. As long as you are of a healthy mind, he will care for you quickly. As soon as you are faced with confusion and fear of the unknown due to the Dementia, Dr Spiri doesn't know how to handle those situations. His quick temper and lack of compassion showed me exactly who he is as a provider. I have no plan to take my mother back to him and sincerely hope he takes a course in humanity. As a healthcare provider, he should learn that healthcare is a combination of the procedure, the patient's concerns and most of all their comfort."
