Took off the side panel and it appeared no cleaning was done inside. The computer's performance didn't change either. Thanks for your reply. We moved to Vermont shortly after hence the lateness of the review and won't be able to take up your offer."

They put my fears at ease. The next day my computer was fixed. They also updated and added a drive that would improve the speed of my lap top.
