"HARD PASS "I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care provided by this doctor. Despite her supposed expertise, it is evident that she lacks the necessary skills to practice effectively. Her constant trembling and inability to articulate coherent explanations raise serious concerns about her competence. Throughout my interactions with this doctor, I felt ignored and dismissed. Rather than taking the time to understand my symptoms and concerns, she seemed more interested in rushing through appointments and prescribing medications without considering the underlying causes or exploring alternative solutions. This blatant disregard for patient well-being is unacceptable. In my opinion, a doctor's primary responsibility should be to provide thorough examinations, listen attentively, and offer appropriate treatments. Unfortunately, this doctor falls short on all fronts, leaving patients like me feeling frustrated and neglected. I strongly caution others against seeking care from this doctor. It would be wise to seek a second opinion or find a new healthcare provider who values patient-centered care and prioritizes finding comprehensive solutions to health issues""

"I've seen Dr. Zeller only once as a new patient. The Office was clean and well organized to allow social distancing comfortably. The Staff was very kind and I observed how they each were assuring to ease the minds of Patients, they are personable and engaging. As I was waiting in the treatment room to be seen Dr. Zeller popped in twice to apologize for running 10 min late, to assure they haven't forgotten about me and to see if I was doing OK. This was very unexpected. Not many Doctors do that. They usually just let you sit and wait. When it was my turn I had a lot of things to go over since we just moved here and this was my first appointment with her. Dr. Zeller listened to every concern I had, discussed them with me, included my opinion in the treatment plan and took everything I brought up serious. She never brushed anything off and took the time my appointment needed despite the fact she was already running behind her schedule. That is so commendable! Dr. Zeller was also EXTREMELY careful to thoroughly wash her hands & change her gloves when she first walked in, after a Staff member called her outside the room to sign something for another patient, and again after she used the keyboard to enter my referrals! She even placed a paper towel on the counter to place a pair of gloves on it before she began to wash her hands. I was VERY impressed with how meticulous she went about this process. She did not seem stressed or irritated, nor did she rush through the appointment. She gave me 100% of her attention and really made an effort to get to know my medical history which isn't the shortest at 54 yo. After my appointment she walked me out to the Lobby, then made sure a Staff member arranged the 2 appointments she wrote referrals to for me. I call that full service checkout! During my initial appointment with Dr. Zeller I felt heard, valued & included in the decision making process. She has great bedside manners and l left with the feeling of having entered the true partnership as one should have with their Primary Care Provider. I am the Spouse of a Military Service Member. I see a new PCM every 2-4 years. In over 26 years Dr. Zeller is only one of two Doctors who have given my medical care such attention. I highly recommend her."

"If it could be a negative star it would. Everything from medication to forums is a problem with her. Honesty brings judgement and she will pawn you off to anyone just so she doesn't have to deal with you personally. Im convinced any 5 star review is from a friend, relative, or co- worker. TRY ANY OTHER FACILITY & GOODLUCK EVERYONE."

"I have never been impressed with Dr. Zeller’s quality of care but my recent experience with her and her staff borders on negligence. I called EVERY DAY over the course of a week to inquire about a refill that they told me they would submit to my pharmacy, which they never did. It was a medication I was taking daily and should not be stopped cold turkey, which I was forced to do. Avoid this practice if you can."

"Dr Zeller has to be the most patient and thorough doctor ive ever had. She makes sure you have her attention and is sure to have all your labs and regular care current and updated. Ive seen her for over 3 years with atleast 2-3 appointments a year. Occasionally i have to wait a bit before appointment to see her but the care i receive once in her care is commendable. I'm grateful to have found her and be in her care. I dont feel rushed or demeaned by her as a doctor. I have a multitude of issues from physical injuries and stress as a single parent and business women that I've overcome being in Dr Zellers care. I am pleased with the care and will follw her. I will wait to see her if necessary because i have had great success with and know the level of care she provides. Thank you Dr Zeller!! You made a life long lasting impression in my life.
