Tree Doctor

"I used this company last year. I just had tree work done by a different company and the comparison was remarkable. Tree Doctor gave me a price. When doing the work, I was told they wouldn’t trim some branches because there was still some life on it. So they actually refused to do the contracted work. They still charged the same price. I foolishly did not challenge. I would never use Tree Doctor again and would not recommend them."

"The tree doctor did some work at my neighbor's yard grinding a stump.They did a decent job grinding the stump but meanwhile my pool has a leak in it and it never had a leak before the stump was ground. I contacted them and they said if a root moved due to them grinding the stump it has nothing to do with them. Which I disagree if they hadn't ground the stump the root would not have moved and my pool would still have water in it. My neighbors house across the street was getting hit by wood and rocks and they stated the rocks wouldn't cause a hole in my pool. He also stated he was there all day which he wasnt. He stated they put boards all around but only put up ² 8x4 boards the long way I have pictures.. I tried calling them again but they wouldn't respond so now my family is without a pool which I just bought last year. So if you use this company and something goes wrong you will be on your own to fix whatever damage they caused."

"I've used the tree doctor several times in the past and they were great. This year I wanted a tree removed. Jim came out to my house on 5/9. He looked at the tree and gave me a fair estimate for its removal. He told me at that time that they were 3 weeks out. I didn't hear anything by july. I called twice in July and also sent them a note through their website. Nobody will get back to me so after wasting over 2 months I need to contact another tree service. If they decided that they didn't want the job they should habe had the decency to tell me rather than keeping me waiting for nothing. So if you want someone that's dependable and will be honest with you then I wouldn't call the Tree Doctor."

"Jim was awesome to deal with, in the removal of an 80 year old Poplar in my neighbors yard. The neighbor hired this service to remove the tree, access was needed from my yard for the vehicles to tackling the tree, what an amazing job the crew did in cleaning up my yard. If ever I need work done for sure I will be calling you. Thank you"

"Jim gave me a fair estimate for my two 25-30’ dead pines, and after a brief delay due to a passing storm, his men came and did a beautiful job; cutting both trees down to the ground, and leaving the yard like they were never there (minus the 2 trees, of course). All this, and his crew were friendly and courteous."
