"The one star is for the staff and billing not the doctors. The doctors are wonderful. The staff is rude and horrible (besides nelly at the front desk and surgical team). Never call you back. mess up your billing. was told I couldn't see a doctor unless all balances were paid in full so made sure they were. Now they are trying to charge me for things from over a year ago stating I never paid. they talk over you don't listen and are more worried about being on there phones."
"I got a letter to schedule an appointment ~1 week ago. I've called 4x to try and schedule, and each time it has gone to voicemail. I have gotten 2 calls back at 4:30pm (which I've missed due to work calls)... and that is presumably right before they leave for the day, because EVERY TIME I call back, I get another voicemail. It's a circus trying to set an appointment, but Pianka is a great Doctor."
