"I have been going to this office for at least 9 years and really love Dr Duffy. She listens to any health worries you may be going through and is great about spending time to make sure all needs are met! The one thing I don’t love is trying to get a hold of the office to make an appointment. I have called several times today for a sick appointment with no one answering. This seems to happen every time unfortunately . Every time I have been at the office it has not been busy enough to not answer at least one of my calls since I have spread out the calls over a half hour. They give you the option to leave a message but when a same day sick appointment is needed I don’t want to hope they will call back in time for that day. Frustrating for sure.."
