"I found him to be rude and patronizing. At my visit, I gave permission for the P.A. student to be present, and she interviewed me first. When the Dr. came in the room, he mostly talked about me to the student, and not to me. I got to look at his profile while I was sitting right in front of him. I usually approve students, and have never had that happen with another M.D. When he finally turned to me and diagnosed the rash on my legs as eczema, he told me, a retired 30-year R.N, to not be afraid, as the rash would not be harmful to me. Seriously? The student knew of my background. He then proceeded to recommend treatments that I had already tried but that made the condition worse, or items with ingredients that I would never apply to my skin. I held off on the negative review, as I was planning to see the office P.A. in a few months hence for treatment of seborrheic keratoses. She was nice, and my knee-jerk reaction was to review her favorably. However, though I was there for an out-of-pocket procedure, which I knew, they repeatedly asked if there was anything else. I said no a few times, but then thought she was doing me a favor and mentioned my legs. After a few short sentences and no new information, I was told I owed a copay and my insurance was billed $160+. This is a top-down thing. When a single physician opens multiple sites, it is all about money and their empire, and not so much about doing what is right for their patients. Oh, by the way, I did not get a good result for my keratoses treatment, so will go elsewhere."

"I have had nothing but positive interaction with the Johnston location. Never had a problem with scheduling. The administration staff is courteous and welcoming. The medical staff has always been professional and more than willing to answer any of the questions I have had. I have, and will continue to refer friends and family to this office."
