"I regret to say that my experience with this PCP has been thoroughly unsatisfactory. As a patient seeking comprehensive care and attention to my health concerns, I found their approach to be disappointingly inadequate. First and foremost, the primary care provided by PCP felt cursory and superficial. Each appointment seemed to consist of nothing more than a quick blood test followed by a brief comment on the results. There was little to no effort made to delve deeper into my health issues or to address my concerns in a meaningful way. It felt like a conveyor belt of patients, with no genuine care or attention given to individual needs. Furthermore, the process for obtaining referrals to specialists was needlessly convoluted and frustrating. Instead of being able to discuss potential specialist referrals during my primary care appointments, I was required to schedule separate appointments solely for the purpose of obtaining a referral. This not only wasted valuable time and resources but also highlighted a lack of communication and coordination within the practice. Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend PCP to anyone seeking quality healthcare. The level of care provided is subpar, with a focus on quantity over quality and a disregard for the individual needs of patients. If you value your health and well-being, I urge you to look elsewhere for a PCP who truly prioritizes patient care.
