"This is just my experience. I went there to make an appointment in Sept and was given a date of Feb 12 to see the Dr as a new patient. I filled out all the necessary paperwork and had my medical records transferred over before my appointment. After waiting 6 month I go to my appointment only to be told that they just changed the policy and my insurance is no longer accepted for new patients. Now I can’t find any places taking new patients within 30 miles of where I live."

Not sure what happened but I find this level of service unacceptable. I am sure they offer great care and only hope this helps make them more responsive to patients in booking appointments in a timely manner."
