"I don’t recommend this car lot at all. Rude, unprofessional, Laura was the absolute worst to the point I stopped picking up my phone because they all was rude. car broke down would not fix car still has problems will not fix. Air conditioner leaks in car. Antifreeze leak, wheel bearings bad. Class action lawsuit needs to be done. We the customers just want a good, working, car and not a Lemon!!"

"Terrible customer service very rude and unprofessional. They were nice when getting your money became very nasty after about second payment.i got sick was in hospital insurance lapse in a day I realized it and updated it threatening to come get car if I didn't send proof of insurance which they already had I basically paid my bill when I got out hospital. Staff was rude and lied stating I was yelling lies they don't take accountability for their actions or value good customers bad for business would not recommend buying from them."
"GO TO DOUGLAS! I have worked in a professional office environment for over 10 years and the way that they talked to their customer and potential customer was absolutely discussing. New customers are the only people who get treated amazingly. I went to this location with my best friend for support on getting her vehicle back. When we arrived there was nobody in sight, we actually had to walk through the building just to find someone to talk to. My friend was in constant communication with the dealership pertaining a personal matter that left her unable to make July's payment. We went to the location at the beginning of August to make 2-3 payments at once but discovered that the owner had her vehicle not only repossessed but sent to a completely different location in hopes of her not getting it back. When my friend spoke with the wicked witch of the office she was told after paying a fee she would get the vehicle back but only after driving 2 hours we were told by the manager that she was no longer responsible enough to have the vehicle and that he didn't want to nor did he have to give it back. She was told to provide her own form of financing or pay in full, which was not an option at the time. When I asked them to confirm information that was only available from the Douglas location I was informed that they would not help, at all. They even went to the extend of throwing someone else mail at us in attempt to be "right" about her not being honest with them from the beginning. My friend allowed me to intervene in her defense to inform the dealership that I was a witness to her keeping communication and that everything was true but was told that the dealership did not have to talk to me and nor would they, that her personal problems were not their problem. I am discussed at the fact that WE BOTH were treated this way, and that the manager was allowing it to happen. Dealerships THRIVE AND SURVIVE off of relationships and reviews and sadly this place doesn't seem to care how its viewed, maybe it will make it to 2024 before it's completely shut down."
