"This store manager definitely needs to be trained in customer service and customer diversity. I took back a pack of meat that had bacteria on it. Two employees : one was a manager and the other probably was a manager also were argumentative and rude even after I produced a receipt. They provided poor customer service and I'm sure it has a lot to do with my color. This store seems to be very discriminatory of Caucasian people; it's not the first time management has been rude. Let me say, the associates have been very nice. Management just wanted to argue with me until I said I would contact Corporate. Then, I was refunded my money. I won't be shopping this store again."
"Rude as hell. Granted there is not much customer service anywhere anymore, but this store takes the cake. I encountered 3 employees while I was here to grab a few things, and I couldn't tell you which one hated their job more. Not a "Hey how are you. Have a great day." Nothing. They were too busy complaining and talking to each other. I had started dipping in the Dollar Store to avoid Walmart, but I would just about rather deal with them. The prices are lower and I can check myself out.. I won't be back. The Guysie employees are at least a bit more kind."
"Stopped in to purchase a drink. Sodas on the refrigerated shelves were marked $1.90 each. When I got to the checkout, the clerk rang it up at $2.00. I pointed out the shelf was marked $1.90, she responded they just hadn't corrected the $1.90 to $2.00. I declined to purchase the drink and left. I doubt I'll go back to this store."
"This store seems to be pretty organized and clean. Some employees walk around like they hate their jobs. But its nice for a "run in, get what you need, and run out" kind of store. You can save money with digital coupons. The thing I hate the most is having to stand in line so long waiting to get checked out. Ugh!"
