"Dr hulstein is amazing! His ability to explain things in a manner that I could understand is a huge plus. He takes time to answer your questions and doesn’t rush you. He is one of the few drs I know that if you have a 2pm appointment rest assured your getting called in by 205. If I did have 1 negative, and I wouldn’t say negative it’s that if he doesn’t feel it’s safe, or needed it’s not getting done. When I needed my surgery I had 3 other drs sign off on my surgery and he wouldn’t do it till he felt I was ready. In the end it was best and I wouldn’t have changed it for anything."

"I called a little frantically because I had a referral for my knee and my insurance was different so I thought it was going to be a big mess! I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Roberta. She was very pleasant, patient with me and my situation and you could tell she really liked her job or helping people or both. She even apologized for having to put me on hold( mind you the hold was to find out information that I requested so it was for me) which had me shocked because normally most offices will put you on hold. She found me an appointment within a reasonable timeframe and also told me what to do to see if one may be available sooner. Usually I hang up more frustrated and confused than when I called with most places but not today. This woman really made my day and within a few minutes or so. Thank you so much for everything! I wish she could answer for me every time I have to call anywhere ever! True story!"

"I have been a patient of this Orthopedic Physician for many years. In the early 2010s, he scoped each of my knees, and they felt very good for all these years. Recently, I've had intermittent knee pain knee pain, so I went to see him again. Staff took x-rays, the Doctor examined me, then he provided a full explanation, and his diagnosis. His explanation was thoughtful and he fully answered all of my questions. The doctor then injected my knee. Hopefully, this will suffice for the coming years, until we have to do something more invasive. Thank you, Doctor."
