"I don't know how to talk to someone high up in the company, but it's stupid how k-12 students got an extra ebt snap benefit, but children who are in head start full time and eat at school are Uneligible for the extra snap? How is that any fair? I think this should be changed for the upcoming year. Kids in pre-k eat breakfast and lunch at school just like kids in k-12! If my child's in your system as in school full time she should be given the same. Wish I could speak with someone about this. I'm sure im not the only parent who feels this way."
"You can hardly get on line to see your benefits. They are always down on line."
"Sarai. Is so wonderful, she is so kind and very very helpful. God bless her. We need more people like her."
"The system is made to make you work for your money, so it can be a job, but the staff and location are great and generally very helpful. There have been times that the foreign language gets in the way on the phone, if your English speaking and have an agent that speaks with a thick foreign accent it’s hard to understand and if they are of particular opinion about your case they will not be able to understand you. For the most part, if you can go in to the office and speak to someone you can get someone who cares! If you have no transportation and rely on phone calls it could take days and could be very difficult"
"Waiting time was under 10mins- I went at 4pm. The staff were so helpful and the security guards are amazing!! Have a new show to watch and somebody who actually knows avatar- you guys rock!!"
