"I came in to see Dr. Erin Ray for chiropractic care postpartum. She helped me with my upper back, glute and core activation for healing my pelvic floor and back pain from nursing and holding my baby. I also brought my 2 month old baby in as he was developing a flat spot from preferring to sleep on one side. She helped release tension in my babies neck very gently and was very natural and caring with my baby. She also helped me with his tummy time routine and after 4 weeks he was much stronger and able to move his head easily on both sides! My husband was jealous so he also came in for various ailments. Erin is a one stop shop for families and we had fun going in and getting “homework” that really helped us and our pain! 10/10 highly recommend!"

"I have been going to Wellness in Motion @Norwell for prenatal chiropractic care since I was 16 weeks. Seeing Dr. Erin Ray since has been very helpful to keep my pregnancy aches under control. She is very knowledgeable and aside from providing relief through her technique, she is constantly offering advice, stretches and exercises that I can do at home to improve discomfort and build strength as well.
