Reviews
"We use to be happy with Dr. Naseer and have hung in there hoping the office would get their act together but it has been about three yrs and we honestly no longer feel safe as there is no follow up, results having to be tracked down months later as no one bothers to tell you anything and I have yet to get a re scheduled appt. that they cancelled months ago."
"Extremely difficult to get through to office. They do not seem to care or respond in a timely manner. Extremely disappointing… I would hate to see anyone else have a doctors office that does not respond in a timely manner and does not care. No follow up or help with blood work results etc. I will be filing a grievance with my insurance company also."
"I had been a patient of Dr Naseer’s for close to 20 years. The last 2 or 3 years have been a nightmare. You can not get through to the office. Either the mailbox is full or if you try and leave a message on the appointment line no one calls you back. They tell you to come into the office to talk. Hard to do when you have Covid which I did. I finally found a new doctor who ACTUALLY CALLS YOU BACK. I had to go to the office at the end of the summer to fill out the paperwork to have my records sent. Of course they did not send the records and I have called several times about it with no response. I have been diagnosed with Stage 3 kidney disease now and my doctors keep asking for my records and are trying themselves to get them. Do not go to this office. It is unconscionable what they have become."
"I cannot believe that I am forced to leave a one star rating for this clinic. How about a negative 5 rating? I have so many stories to share about the failure of this clinic to serve their patients. Just call their phone number. You get a recording saying it’s best to visit the office to make any inquiry. What if I’m at home and 90 years old?"
"Dr Naseer is very thorough however the office of North Shore Internal Medicine is poorly managed. Rarely have I found that they take their phones off the answering service when office hours open, and often found them put back on before office hours end. They take lunch for an hour and a half with no one available to take calls for working patients who try and call for appointments during their lunch break. You guessed it, they forward calls to the answering service. I’ve worked for physicians before and the office manager staggered lunches so that there was always someone available to speak with patients. As you can imagine, once they are back from lunch the phones may still be forwarded to the answering service and everyone is now trying to call in. The office hours offer no evening appointments for patients, something important to many working families. Calling in for a prescription is also problematic, sometimes you have to call more than once to get it refilled. During Covid they have even shortened their hours. You will have to listen to the message when you call but they are even less available . I am sad to write this review, Dr Naseer is very nice but I think she needs an overall of her office management. Perhaps the office has more patients than they can safely and adequately provide care for."
