"Dr. Jiminez herself is a wonderful, caring Doctor. Her staff however, leaves a lot to be desired! This is why I, myself, left this practice years ago! Currently, and usually, when I have left a message with a secretary with details about my call, I get NO response. Even the answering service asked for the details of my call.... There's no way I need to tell them private details ! I'm disgusted, and again disappointed by this office! By the way, my last call to them was Thursday 8:30 am. It's now Monday noon, no call back.... Make your own choice~"
