"Dr. Schwartz is a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and experienced practitioner. Adding to her skillet is the kind of bedside manner and personal attention we, as patients, crave. Even if the office is running late, Dr. Schwartz never attends to you in a hurried manner. She takes her time with her patients and seems to remember (or has strategically logged) personal details that build doctor-patient connection and that helps inform her assessment of patient care. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and patient. If there was an area that needed shoring up, it's the facilities. During my recent visits (during pandemic), the rooms are cramped, computer trays wobbly (wheel actually fell off one during conversation), signage outdated, lighting in waiting area dim, no signs or personnel in waiting area to greet/inform of what's next (picture entering dimly lit room with offshoot hallways/rooms, empty chairs, and no sign that you're in the right place, and no-one confirming who you are/who you're here to see...very Stanley Kubrick). Aside from facilities/signage, this is a great team with access and connections to specialists, labs and secure data sharing."

"Dr. Schwartz combines thoroughness with caring. She is an exceptional primary care doctor. Using the Pentucket Patient Gateway I communicate my issues with Dr. Schwartz. If she sees anything that she thinks is of concern she will have me schedule an appointment. I have seen her several times during the COVID-19 pandemic. She always does a careful analysis of my issue and orders tests if necessary. She prescribes medication for the problem if appropriate. I highly recommend Dr. Schwartz - she is easy to talk to, sympathetic, practical and careful. I think she is exceptional."
