"Had an appointment with Dr. Colden. The office changed my appointment time to 1/2 hour earlier without ever notifying me. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was scolded by the receptionist that I was late. I mentioned this to the doc - he stated that he is the guy who plays doctor and he is not responsible for his staff. Furthermore, because I was "late" they told me that I needed reschedule my for additional testing - but no-one was there that could do that for me. I left the office after paying a $75 copay without a diagnosis or any recommendations. I called to get my new appointment and asked if I would be charged another copay and they told me that that was their policy. I asked to speak with he practice manager. I never received a call back but 3 days later received a letter telling me that I needed to find another doctor. I subsequently saw another provider that properly managed a practice and provided a proper diagnosis and recommendation."

"I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2022. The whole experience with Dr Seymour was amazing. Very nice Dr, listens to all your questions, never a long wait in the office. My Procedure was done pretty quickly from the time I was diagnosed during a routine CT scan I have done with my PCP to the time my surgery was. Dr Seymour gave me flawless results and you can’t even tell I have a scar on my neck. Great surgeon! If myself Or anyone in my family ever needs an ENT Dr I would refer them to this practice."

"I unfortunately had a bad experience here and I would like to elaborate. I started seeing Dr. Elizabeth Davis back in 2012 originally for my allergies. No issues, she was easy to talk to and listened and helped with anything allergy related. During 2013 started experiencing vertigo really bad went to the ER twice, couldn’t leave my house, couldn’t be a kid. I went to see her in 2014 about it, she diagnosed me with BPPV. Great, I did the epley maneuvers, took the pills and would see no improvement with the vertigo. I went back again, explained that the epley was not working. Of which she made me do the epley maneuver again and sent me on my way. I kept experiencing the vertigo attacks that would last for weeks, for another 2 years and tried my hardest not to go back to see her. It was until 2017 that she had diagnosed me with vestibular migraines. Unfortunately, I was a teenager and had no say in who I could see for a doctor as my mother had control and would not listen to me when I would ask for another doctor. Do I think doctors screw up diagnosis at times, yes totally. But my symptoms were overlooked for years and I was not listened to. Would I ever recommend her for anything vertigo or ear related? No, absolutely not. If you have allergies, sure."

"I saw the reviews and thought I'd share my experience, as it was quite positive. Everyone from check-in, to medical assistants to the doctor, was very courteous and professional. I saw Dr. Daryl Colden who was patient, listened to my concerns and who resolved the issue at hand. Would recommend."

"I quickly looked over all of these other reviews and seriously can’t believe what I was reading. They cannot be talking about Dr. Seymour because he is absolutely the best doctor. He’s always very attentive. I feel he orders the right tests and gives you the correct medication. He’s very caring and kind. He’s done surgery on my septum. I had several polyps removed and couldn’t believe how much easier I could breathe. The reception staff is always been very kind. I did have an issue with a lab bill that was coded incorrectly and one of the employees Charlotte handled it with grace. She called me two weeks after she had sent in the correct codes to make sure that I wasn’t being billed. She went above and beyond. I totally have nothing negative to say about this practice. I would recommend them highly and have to my family and friends."
