"I am one of the Activities Aide staff in the Brentwood Rehab Center, and I just have to say everyone here is wonderful. All staff is very good with their work and will always greet you with a smile everyday! I would highly recommend The Brentwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center to bring all your loved ones in! I love seeing all residents everyday with big smiles on their faces! I have the best experience here being apart of Brentwood :)"

"My mother has become a double amputee after losing her left foot last month. We sent her to Brentwood hoping she would get the care she needed. I went to a meeting with a few people about how we need to progress to get her home and back to her daily life. Well, turns out they never had a plan to begin with. I asked for a copy of a written schedule for her to know if I could help with anything. The PT practitioner said yes and then went to go get it and disappeared while the meeting still went on for an hour. Not mention when asked if my mother was getting the proper wound care for her healing leg, they lied and said it was being changed daily. Only to find out we were right back in the hospital because no one changed her bandage and her wound got infected again. Not only that either, my mother has bowl problems and when she would use the bathroom in her bed by mistake, she would be left there for hours until someone finally gets around to doing something. I don’t recommend sending anyone here unless you want them to be neglected by the nurses and staff."

"I enjoyed my stay at Brentwood Rehab. The nurses were kind and energetic. The activity staff was excellent at planning activities and getting others involved. There is an option of eating lunch in the main dinning, which is helpful on getting food you like."

"This facility is horrendous. My mother is 92 and has Alzheimer’s and dementia and they keep asking her to sign legal documents. I am her POA. The staff is lazy and unprofessional. She wears adult diapers and they leave her for hours with her begging to be changed. The call button doesn’t always work. I was there visiting and it didn’t work at the time. I complained to the nurse at the front desk and she said that maybe it would be fixed tomorrow. Are you kidding me? There are a few good employees but not many. Her clothes and sneakers have been stolen on numerous occasions. The staff says that doesn’t happen. It most certainly does. We put tags on all her clothes with her name on them and they still disappear. Try to call someone on the phone to ask about her well being and no one picks up. I’ve complained numerous times and was told this wouldn’t happen anymore. Still does. Place is a disgrace. Also the food is not fit for a dog. I would honestly give it a negative 5 stars if that was a choice."

"Honestly at first I wasn't impressed. In hindsight it was fear and pain. I was afraid I would never walk right again. Within 24-72 hours I had a complete 360° turnaround. The staff is very professional, the rooms are 5 star. The food not so great, but it's healthy and I was never hungry, and you can always order from Mike's down the street lol. I would send my loved ones here in a heartbeat!!!"
