"Staff is very unpleasant and passive aggressive. Went back several times for the same issue (glasses too tight) it was never fixed (after several attempts) .then was told my insurance was dropped when I came in with no prior notifications...very questionable how this place is run . Now I'm left with no provider because of them ."

"Doctor was quick and nice. Waited several minutes for someone to check me out because a guy was helping a girl shop for glasses (telling her how they looked on her). It was OK. I would recommend buying glasses online though (not through them). It is much cheaper this way and you can use insurance."
