"I was surprised that this place is not abandoned anymore due to the reputation that this place has for being haunted. Some of the buildings are abandoned but the place is being slowly rebuilt and is undergoing renovations and construction. The grounds are very nice and a great place to walk and for recreational purposes during the day."
