"Worst possible care ever! My original PM was removed from contract and placed to only administer alternative pain management. I was on medications for years! My 1st visit she refused to refill my meds, second meeting she advised I should get injections... this has been done numerous times without success. 3rd visit she accused me of using medication that was not prescribed with no proof and my urine came back clean to her claims. She sat in the office screaming at me to the point I was in tears and could not breath. She had the office manager gather my belongings and tell me to leave as I was to upset. I made complaints to the officers manager and signature health along with insurance companies. After this encounter they kicked me out of the clinic and refused to refill my medicines. At this time I was scheduled for surgery to help with the pain, because she and her office turned me away for pain management my surgery almost got canceled. My surgeon, pcp, health insurance, and social worker had to come together to help me. Because of what she's done to my record I'm unable to get help anywhere. My pcp has been helping me but he will only help so much. He dropped my dosages for all medicines even stopped some. My visiting nurses, pt, and surgeons office all have tried to communicate but never get responses. I'm left bed ridden, unable to eat or drink, and currently living off of a feeding tube. When a patient is in serious pain and coming for help, that was her job and how she would get paid... this behavior is unacceptable. She sucks as a provider and seems to look for attention"
"At the beginning of 2022 I had to stop seeing my PM doctor due to insurance guidelines. I chose this NP who was in the same office as my doctor of 6 years. When I first met her I thought wow someone who actually listens to their pain patients. Wrong. She makes assumptions based on what she thinks rather than fact. If you’re a long term pain mgmt patient and your pain increases she will assume hyperalgesia even if you have had changes which could increase your pain. If even advil stops helping, it’s not an opioid so there could be something going on. I made a decision to stop using a patch she had prescribed as it wasn’t helping at all, it was a significantly lowered dose than what I had been taking. She didn’t like that at all. She told me to seek a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Then she went through 6 years of my records putting together a report on every mistake I made trying to stay out of pain. The report also has numerous inaccuracies which I am going to have corrected. I went to a great orthopedic doctor who ordered an injection into the hip joint. After 5 days the pain was reduced greatly. I wouldn’t recommend this NP for Pain Management."
