"UPDATE: I have been back twice and have had much better experiences. I would [now] highly recommend the practice. It seems like there were a few missed steps at my first visit that are not the norm, and they were rectified. Thank you! ---------- I am wondering what I'm missing with all of the other 5 star reviews. Maybe it was just an off day, but I did not love my experience. The reception portion of the visit was lovely - both team members were very kind. But as soon as the nurse/assistant called my name, it was downhill from there. The nurse/assistant turned around and walked so fast to the room I was grateful the hallway was short, otherwise I surely would have lost her. Her behavior and communication were robotic and quite unfriendly. The NP that I met with was slightly more personable (and very knowledgeable) but rapid fired prescriptions with directions I would never be able to remember. I did not feel the care and concern that others described, so I'm willing to try once more...but will likely return to commuting back into Boston to visit my prior dermatologist where I felt more like a patient than a nuisance."

"GK Dermatology is really the best. All the doctors and nurses, and staff are wonderful. I came to them with a very acute condition, and because of their expertise and skill, I was soon on the mend. Since I’ve been a patient, I truly have never felt better and I attribute it to the understanding and care of these fantastic professionals. Dr. Krompouzos always takes his time to make me feel comfortable. He keeps me well informed. My daughter has been receiving treatments with Neil. She is in great, talented hands. Neil and Kara work well together. My ten year old daughter actually looks forward to her appointments with them. They are gentle, thorough, and compassionate. "Excellent all around! Accommodating was able to get me in on someone else’s canceled appointment. Staff was friendly, helpful, and to the point. Both doctors were friendly respectful and professional. Both doctors also showed great communication with listening and giving answers to questions that I had. They seem direct with there prognosis as well as establishing a plan to deal with my own issues I had come in to be seen for. Will definitely be going back and recommending this establishment to anyone seeking a great dermatologist."
