"I cannot rave enough about the experience I had at Root + Sky Wellness. This was my first experience with acupuncture, so needless to say I was a little bit nervous that there would be some pain/discomfort. Stef immediately calmed any nerves I had (seriously - she has the BEST energy ever!) and I knew that I was in the right place. We worked on points to help with digestion and moving energy - and I have to say - I didn't feel a thing! I also got cupping done at the end (also new for me!) and it was so amazing, and I felt soooo much tension release by the end. If you are in Boston, you need to check Root + Sky out - so calming and relaxing. I'll definitely be back, and I think I'm an acupuncture convert now :)."
