"Dr. Ari Schwarz was very rude to me. I told him that I was not comfortable getting injections for osteoporosis due to how many risks and side effects involved. He told me that I drive a car everyday which is a risk. I explained how I have a lactose intolerance and that Fosamax contains lactose. I told him that ingesting lactose causes my Ulcerative colitis to flare up He told me I was wrong!!! Note: I was diagnosed when I was 21 and now 60. This has been confirmed by many GI doctors in almost 40 years including those in Boston but I guess Dr. Schwarz knows best, NOT!! Never went back!!"

"VERY RUDE front staff, two of the women I spoke to LAUGHED at me through the phone regarding my medical question. I was put on hold for over 7 minutes, one women answered questions with "YUP" and was so rude! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN SO MISTREATED AT A DOCTORS OFFICE. Both of the women mocked me through the phone, then when I asked to speak to a manager or asked for either of their names, they both laughed and repetitively ignoring me when I stated that I felt as though I was being mistreated, and wanted to speak to a manager... she refused to transfer me or give me either of their names, just kept mocking me..... so I finally hung up. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone, never mind ever be seen here!!! Absolutely Terrible. I wonder if the doctors know how they treat PATIENTS."
