At CHA Revere Care Center, we prioritize convenience and accessibility. We offer both in-person and virtual televisits to accommodate your schedule. Our operating hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. For your convenience, there is a free parking lot located behind our building. Please refrain from parking in the Walgreens parking lot next door, as non-customers may be towed.
Getting to our location is easy with public transportation options. We are accessible via the Orange Line at Wellington Station and the Blue Line at Wonderland Station.
For an efficient visit, we encourage you to use eCheck-in through your MyCHArt account to review and update your information before arriving. This ensures a smoother experience at the registration window. Our eCheck-in User Guide is available in multiple languages, including English, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Patients visiting our clinic, urgent care, or emergency department are allowed to bring at least one person with them, subject to provider and clinic discretion. For visitor guidelines in the hospital, please check our Visitor Policy page.

Our Financial Assistance team is available at 617-665-1100 for any financial queries. For same-day or next-day Virtual Sick Visits, log into MyCHArt and schedule a video appointment for symptoms like cough, headache, or COVID-19. During your video appointment, you'll receive a link to join using your phone or computer camera, allowing us to provide medical advice, prescriptions, and follow-up care from the comfort of your home.
For urgent care, visit CHA Somerville Campus Urgent Care or find 24-hour care with short wait times at CHA Cambridge Hospital and CHA Everett Hospital. Our network ensures your CHA doctor is informed of your health needs to coordinate your care effectively.
For prescription refills, contact your pharmacy directly and avoid waiting until your medication is depleted. MyCHArt provides a secure platform to manage your healthcare, request appointments, refill medications, and view lab results. Additionally, you can pay your bill online.
If you prefer to speak another language during your visit, please inform your care team in advance. Our interpreter services are available at no charge to ensure effective communication.

"I only have one star because it wouldn't let me continue without anything This place is awful. I had an appointment which when I got here told me oh it's cancelled when I only got a call to confirm. Working in health care myself, the receptionist I went to couldn't of been any ruder and rolling her eyes when offered for me to come back at 2:40. I already left work to come here I mentioned and can't come back oh and rolled her eyes is what I got. Definitely looking for a new PCP"
"This place is awful. I called to schedule an appointment with my PCP. I was bounced around different lines and hung up on three times. The last time I called, I tried to clear up any confusion. I was told that my PCP wasn't taking new patients (I've been seeing her for over 5 years) and was put on hold. After 40 minutes, I hung up. I love my doctor, but I just can't anymore with CHA."
"For the first time I’ve had the worst experience today don’t get me wrong I have the best pedestrian Dr she’s so kind welcoming she tries her best to understand you Dr Deborah Glotzer she’s the best…but the receptionist some of them need a lot of training so disrespectful and the worst thing is when they lie….. and when they realize you’re English is not so good it’s worse…. Am so disappointed……"
"They are not reliable. It's a nightmare to try to talk to anybody. They will tell you they are short staff. They have been short stall for the past 2 years. Don't opt out to leave a message and for someone to call you back they will never call you back. Since the beginning of this pandemic I have made several appointments for just a yearly physical and each time they call me back and cancel my appointment several reasons sometimes it can be a doctor had an emergency or there's a scheduling error one excuse after. I have also tried to make an appointment 3 months ahead of time and they tell you they can't do it. . Do not go there you will be very disappointed"
