With a rich educational background, Dr. Tollman graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Carleton College in Minnesota. He further honed his medical expertise at the Tufts University Family Practice Residency program and is a Fellow in Hospital Medicine, as well as a Certified Medical Director.

Dr. Tollman brings a wealth of experience to his practice, having served as an active duty Infantry officer in the US Army for five years. He is the founder and President of Essex Inpatient Physicians (EIP), a hospitalist group established in 2007, specializing in post-acute care. Additionally, Dr. Tollman is a founding partner of Osler Medical Group LLC, a physician-owned company that excels in creating and maintaining high-quality hospitalist programs.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Tollman is an avid cyclist and is fluent in Spanish and conversational in German, enabling him to connect with a diverse patient base.
