"They lie on the bills and make sure they send 4 bills that say finale bill. How does bill 1 be $500, and the bill 4 say I owe over $5k smh nope never again"

"I have has multiple surgery’s and never not once have I ever had any issues with doctors putting me to sleep. I was told I wouldn’t remember anything. I was awake the entire time crying and moving around and I could hear everything going on around me and I remember single thing that happened. That’s not supposed to happen. I would never refer anyone to have a surgery to be put to sleep in this office. I can not believe what just happened to me. I also get anxiety and they did or said nothing to even attempt to calm my nerves. I’m just in total disbelief"

"Waited a few weeks for an appointment for an abscess and cracked tooth. I explained that I’m in pain. My appointment was yesterday. The office called me the morning of the appointment to cancel. I understand things happen however no effort was made to try to accommodate me due to their schedule issues. The receptionist said either wait until February 6 or find someone else. Mind you I have an infection. Patient care is non existent. I won’t bother with this place. Horrible customer service."
