"Good Dr but horrible receptionist staff. Rescheduled my appointment because Dr called out sick day of my original appointment. Showed up to new appointment 6 minutes late because of traffic detours and trying to set up daughters stroller in the pouring rain. Got into elevator and there was no directory listed and guessed the wrong floor. After fighting getting stroller in and out of elevator and getting to right floor was told I lost my appointment that I was going to be charged for missing my appointment. There's a reason why steward is going out of business."
