"When you actually get in with a doctor, its good. The doctors are fine. But my issue is with the people who are doing things behind the scenes. Its been three times now, "Neurology will call with appt", "dermatology will call you with an appt" "Endo will call you with an appt" 3 weeks go by and nobody has called me, this has happened all 3 times, nobody EVER calls me with an appt, and I have to call the office and force somebody to actually do their job. Just make the appointments youre supposed to make. You work in healthcare so start taking peoples health and time into consideration. Its just so careless."

"This is the worst clinic I been waiting for someone to return my call to the point I end up in emergency room for strep throat. it took them 3 days to get my daughter an appt for ear infection. I had so much bad experience this was the last strike"

"To who it may concern, I recommended this facility to a friend. He went for an appointment. Hasn't been to a Doctor in over 10 years. Never received any blood work. Was told to go see a dermatologist. Never checked his concern over a hernia that had been bothering him for a few years. He was upfront stating he was in recovery. Was then was dismissed and told to make an appointment for next year. This Doctor was very disrespectful by not even treating this person as a human being. Sad day for our medical facility for this behavior. Will never recommend this place to anyone ever again."

"I have been misdiagnosed over and over by these D grade doctors. These doctors and their CEO's only care about money. The medical field is a business. They don't cure us because they want their waiting rooms filled in order to keep the money coming in. It's disgusting. This was told to me by a doctor with a guilty conscience. It's Scary to know that this is a fact. It's Terrible that people of this power exist. I will never go to the doctor again. I will just treat my injuries with ice water, heat, and eating super foods."

"First of all the phone navigation system is terrible when you call. You have to click one like four times before you get a hold of a someone to schedule you an appointment. Second, I got disconnected like three times, they were not really friendly, and they scheduled appointments times without me confirming I could make the time. They just left me a voicemail saying this was my appointment time and I did not agree to it nor could I make that time. Thirdly, when I finally get an appointment that works for me come the day of, they give me the wrong address. The address I need to be is 25 minutes away. The person at the front desk at the wrong address I was at called to make sure I could come, they said I could so I started to go. 15 minutes in I get a call saying the doctor won’t accept me because I’m late, after it was their fault they gave me wrong address even though I was only going to be 15 minutes late. I signature medical group is all over the place and not organized .think they have lazy employees who are not accommodating."
