"I have been here since August 21th 2024 I have had nothing but problems especially with my Tylenol medication it supposed to be every 8 hours. Now it's August 24th the last time I had my Tylenol was 930pm last night now the nurse says she can't give me Tylenol till 2pm this afternoon, I'm now laying here in pain and she won't do nothing even though I asked to see the doctor.the nurses from overnight was supposed to give me Tylenol 6am this morning and didn't without it I can't do my PT which is why I'm here, if I can't do that then why am I here. I really want to go home but won't happen if I don't get PT which I can't do because they won't keep to my Tylenol doses. So I ask you why am I here I also have a stomach problem I need to drink milk with every meal and so far every day I need to ask them for milk 30 minutes later still no milk never came back. No today at lunchtime same I ask for milk I wait 30 minutes and nothing. No time to pick up dishes and I ask again for milk been 30 minutes and still no milk, I give her up. I'm better off going online and having them deliver to me.ive been to 2 other rehab places and never had this much problems, these are the 2 most problems here but there are more but to petty to go into. They seriously need to do something"

"The level of frustration I feel is beyond belief. We are at their mercy and her care reflects that exactly. Trying to get an answer of someone who cares is non existent. Literally nearly every single person is challenged to be kind. Other than Kathy and a couple of others. I keep getting told its "Culture" that is a poor excuse for not wanting to hold others accountable. My sister was taken to the hospital last week without my knowledge. This is not the first time this gad happened. I had left multiple messages with still no response. No one wants to take ownership of the level of unpleasant unprofessional attitudes at this facility. Thank God for Kathy at the front desk. She is the only one who listens and follows up on her promises. This place is lucky to have her on their staff. She could teach others how human beings should be treated. I think each patient should be treated as though they are a family member. It truly hurts my heart to know and hear how my sister is treated. It was suggested by a doctor today that I put a camera in her room, and that Ifile a formal notice. She shared her dinner is left where she can't reach it, it is more often than not cold, she has soars on her bottom, they at times take over an hour for someone to respond. This is true because I've been on the phone with her when she pulled call button and waited until someone came in "with an attitude" I heard it for myself. She is afraid that they are mean to her unless family is around. Very concerning that these are what I'm aware of God only knows what she is dealing with that I'm not aware of... I had a meeting with the social workers and two administrators and was promised her care would improve and that they would check in on her daily. To my knowledge that has not happened."

"If you love your family member DO NOT send them here. There are a handful of people that actually care about the patients. Things seem good Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm other than that the care is terrible. I did not want to send my father here but was told no one else could take him so I toured the facility and thought it would be ok. I was very wrong. Social worker doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing or how to teach other agency’s like the VA, Elder Services, transport companies and seems to just be there so it seems they have everything in place. Complaints were ignored and my Dad was treated as a nuisance. Conflict information between nurses, PT, OT and aides. Business off wouldn’t even return my calls about insurance. They kept him till his Medicare ran out and then left it to me to arrange transport and anything he needed in the home for help. He wasn’t even sent home with discharge papers. Just his meds , that were different than before he went in. Sores on his bottom would become worse due to being left in a dirty diaper. I was in and waited 45 minutes before anyone came in to respond to him pushing the call button and then took another 20 to come back and help him get changed. They gave him eggs for breakfast the first 2 weeks even after being told they make him sick. The treatment of my father was so bad a nurse that works for them filed an abuse claim on my father’s behalf for bruising on my father and the police came to investigate. Since leaving most nurses and aides that we have talked to tell us how bad they are and they should be closed. This facility needs major help finding people that want to help people and that can communicate with the patient and not ignore the patients. I could go on but there is just so much. Insist that you loved one be sent anywhere else."

"I just called this establishment to let them know how horrified I was of these reviews as I am searching around for a care facility. The woman who answered the phone said we know and hung up. If you love your family member do not send them here even the front desk staff is sickening and not trained to correctly handle communication. Very scary and to think any elderly person is being cared for by them is very scary as well."

"There appears to be a thief in the midst of at least the third floor is this facility. My grandfather got his wallet stolen, and apparently now his shadowbox, which was a gift from his family has also been swiped. I’m guessing that somebody has the attitude that it won’t be missed because of his condition or maybe the staff just doesn’t know how to watch out for these things. I would suggest returning those items, or there will be random and relentless efforts until right gets put right. People should know these things before putting loved ones in care of somebody else. Get it together now!"
