"Turned me away from work despite having a degree in psychology, and experience in mental health field. As a member, they are unable to help me and keep telling me to work for their company despite bias and discrimination from higher ups. I felt uncomfortable asking for clarification but did anyway and had no resolve."

"This cult organization places people in residences with non mental issue people and trouble makers that cause noise disturbances. I'll probably call the police as this is a deteriorating situation. They don't encourage people to work so they stay on the dole. I know the neighbors across the way don't feel they have to work. Venfen = Fraud, steal the taxpayers money."

"After you send an application for Vinfen you will get asked to do a phone screening to see if your a match for the company . I been playing cat and mouse with Zachary Burl who’s a complete rude moron let me tell you . He can’t even send a courtesy email if he forgets to call you for your interview .HE missed 3 appointments I scheduled on his google calendar , He can’t even email or return my voice mails asking if I should reschedule even though he’s not calling me . Anyways I’m no longer interested he wasted my time long enough . I hope no one gets to do a phone screening with him . Again a whole Moron"

"I’m a former employee and most good reviews here are asked to be written by the company….. So let me speak the truth on what’s really happening here…. Managers don’t mange well and it makes job seem unfair! Program directors place a lot of personal issues, beliefs, and personal preferences ahead of what is right or fair. They don’t care what suggestions or concerns residential counselors have are , it’s as if they don’t matter compare to managers despite counselors being the ones spending the most time with clients. Lack of growth with the clients…Also staff can be unwelcoming and not much team work going on! Best thing about the job is the clients and laid back environment sometimes."

"Why are employees writing reviews? This is about reviewing their company as a business. There services and how they perform them. Asked the clients! Vinfen performs horribly as far as there outreach program. Great place to work I guess because only the bare minimum effort is required to work with and assist the clients. I’m a Vinfen client. In the near future if things don’t change with Vinfen, I’ll be posting a very informative review about my story with Vinfen, and I’ll explain the 2 stars."
