"The reception staff or who ever you call for help is so rude and not helpful! Just found out I test positive for h pylori and picked up my medication I have so many questions on when to take it and so many other questions. I called to try to speak to the doctor Melissa who is fantastic but patty got on the phone instead. I asked her a question she told me “she’s to busy to answer” asked if I should take a pro and prebiotic and she said “ most likely not” when online and Melissa told me to take one. I understand everyone is busy and has things going on but when you find out you have this infection and all these pills to take without any guidance and unanswered questions it is pretty disappointing. Horrible experience she could have just said I’m busy right now and could have called me back when she had time."
