"The automated system to get help is atrocious and also they lie about calling you back instead of staying in que, now I see why my mail isn’t getting delivered"

"Went by there today for two separate money orders cashier was rude about the first money order that required me to get change back she gave me an attitude stating next time don’t come so early your luck I have this amount to give you in change I was shocked and disappointed by her attitude and walked out clearly she needs to be retrained on customer service with her attitude or at least fired"

"I went to this post office on a Saturday and they didn't have money orders. I went back to this same Post office 2 days later on a Monday, and still they had no money orders. So I decided to write a friendly review about this situation because if the post office is uncooperative and isn't able to provide money orders then that is shameful. And at anytime, Out of all places to get one you would assume that the Post office would be one of them. ."

"Mail carrier was to lazy to carry my package to my door. Then left it at office and said it was my request to hold it there. Why, if someone is standing in front of me with my perishable items in a box, why would I not take it and tell him to hold it at the post office? I watched him go to my box, he didnt carry a package or approach me that's why I didnt go to get my mail, he wasn't carrying it. Lazy bum.very unhappy."

"Worst post office ever. Rude employees at the counter, with nasty attitudes who lose your mail, and don't even try to assist you. The carriers often fail to deliver mail or packages at all out of pure laziness and then won't leave you notice so you never know they didn't attempt delivery. They take no pride in their work. The office seems dirty and unclean like there are no janitorial services in this public building which I find gross. They need to retrain or replace the current crew badly."
