"I am very disappointed in the practice. I was in need of a PCP and of an update to medications, the only doctor that could see me was not available until today...until I got a call to reschedule the appointment because she would not be there. I was then given a PA who did not listen to me nor did the staff who was rescheduled me when I told them EXCATLY what I needed. Not only that, I was not given what I needed but instead a referral and told to come back in 6-8 weeks to see the doctor I originally scheduled with. Only week I was available was when she was not in the practice...when is she ever? I am already in the process of switching my PCP and this was only my first visit. I would avoid this."
"This facility is AWFUL, incompetent when it comes to prescription requests and refills. You should not have to wait over a week for a prior Auth to be completed properly. They tell you they'll call you back and they don't! Shameful a Healthcare facility is so incompetent !!!!"
"If you’re expecting to see your doctor and have them write in all of your concerns into your chart don’t come here. Dr. Aquino fails to listen fully to the patients problems and concerns and continues to waste your time by not writing what you tell her in your chart. I can’t speak for the other PCPs in this office but I know first hand how Dr. Aquino runs her side of things."
"Do not waste your time or risk your health. The few great medical professionals that were at this practice left. There is never follow up on refill requests, imaging results, or anything for that matter. If they don't have an answer, they don't investigate, charge you and move on. Their records are always wrong, even if nothing changed. I was a patient back when they were in Merrimac and moved to Haverhill years ago and finally switched after multiple screw ups in labs and images. I just received my final bill for requesting medical records to be faxed over to my new practice and I'm thrilled this will be my last payment to them. They're not caring, don't listen to your needs, rush you in and out and honestly are the worst care. Don't trust them with your health and well-being."
"I thought that I had found a Doctor that would work with me as far as medication alternatives and not just be a pusher of the same pharmaceuticals. I thought that the final decimation on what I will put in my body was mine. However, after I had a conflict with my meds after having a Cardio Catheterization that could have caused a heart attack and refusal to take another drug that (after my research) was causing my A1C to rise (that's right, it was pushing me into Diabetic status) the Doctor dumped me as a patient. Their Mission Statement Says " To provide extraordinary care, where the patient comes first, supported by world-class education and research." You Decide, It's your Body and your life..."
