"Reading through the reviews, there's some strong negative opinions about this practice, though I'm not sure why. My experience here so far has been overwhelmingly positive with every single member of the team in this office. Front desk staff, and intake medical assistants are extremely friendly/professional, effortlessly multi-lingual, and make everyone feel comfortable and at home. The doctor himself takes time to explain things, and leaves space for discussion about care plan, time for questions, and operates very openly about what he can and cannot help with. He refers out to other specialties for conditions that he is uncomfortable treating, which is exactly what a GP/PC is supposed to do. I am very glad I found this practice and this team so close to where I live."

"As a competitive athlete, dr ruano continuously down played my sports injuries and made it very hard to get proper treatment and assesments to treat them effectively. in one case, this caused serious damage and I had to leave his practice out of a lack in confidence for his ability to take me seriously when injured, or his ability to appropriately assess my injuries."
