- 24-Hour Emergency Care: Our Emergency Department is open 24/7, offering prompt medical attention with short wait times. Your CHA doctor will be notified about your visit to ensure coordinated care.

- Comprehensive Health Services: We offer a wide range of healthcare services including Maternity, Mental Health Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care, Surgery, and Overnight Hospital Care.

- Behavioral Health Urgent Care: Available for walk-ins, our team provides assessments and treatment for individuals of all ages, with referrals to ongoing care as needed.

Convenience and Accessibility:

- Parking and Transportation: An underground parking garage is available. Obtain a parking coupon at the front desk before leaving. We are accessible via the Red Line at Harvard Square, followed by a 10-15 minute walk. A CHA shuttle service connects Cambridge Hospital with other CHA locations.

- Digital Services: Our MyCHArt system allows you to manage appointments, refill medications, and access your medical records securely online. Use eCheck-in to save time during your visit and ensure a safer experience.

Visitor Information:

- Visitors are welcome following our current visitor policy guidelines. Patients may bring at least one person with them; additional guests are subject to provider discretion.

Virtual Care:

- Schedule same-day or next-day Virtual Sick Visits through MyChart for symptoms like cough, headache, and more. At the time of your appointment, you will receive a link to join via your phone or computer.

Pharmacy and Billing Services:

- Refill prescriptions by contacting your pharmacy directly. For billing inquiries, call our Customer Service Billing Department at 617-665-3200.

- Online bill payment is available for your convenience.

Language Services:

- Interpreter services are available at no charge. Inform your care team if you prefer to speak another language during your visit.
