"I was calling to be a new patient, the receptionist was exceptionally rude and curt. I called around looking for another doctor because I refuse to receive care from providers that treat patients like that. Reluctantly I called back because they were the only ones who had an opening (probably no one else wants to deal with their horrible attitude and customer service) and asked if they could bill me and he sharply said "No! We don't play those games here" and hung up! I am appalled at the customer service at this office. They really should be reported or just not in business."
