"We reserved a truck. Two weeks in advance. We get there as promised at 9 am to pick up the truck they tell us the truck will not be in til 11 so come back at 12. So we did then at 12 they tell us there is no truck. We say so why make reservations and why did the person tell us to come back at 12. They say we don't know why they told you that. So the outcome is we had to drive an hour away to a different place to get the truck. So needless to say we spent alot more money. Movers had to get paid twice. Because of the incompetence of a simple business transaction. I really do not recommend this place for any business."

"Rented a uhaul from TIRE KING.... had no other options unless I would have picked up from Pembroke. They charged for fuel when I returned it exactly as how I got it. The answered the phone in an unprofessional manner. Next time I will drive anywhere even Savanah to rent a uhaul rather than going back there. If you need a uhaul get one from anywhere but this place."
