"this hospital saved my dad's life. he was here for 8 days the staff watched him around the clock so he wouldn't get up or pull something from his arm and fall. he was abusing alcohol. my dad said the nurses were nice to him and cared just one time they gave him food without his denture but that's the only negative thing I had seen visiting him (its not easy being a nurse). he is back home and thanks everyone."

"Have the highest praise for this facility. My husband, my daughter and myself have all had the highest level of treatment you could ask for from surgery, COVID and yesterday a new experience! I have been treated by the MOHS group for the past 3 years and yesterday my husband joined the group. He had both his knee replace surgeries there 2020 and 2021 and left exclaiming to everyone what a fantastic place to be treated! Cannot say enough for the talent offered from surgeons to interns, nurses to residents, just outstanding and I have always left feeling so very pleased and assured with my treatment. All in all we are more than willing to travel the 45 minute ti 1 hour drive to have the best!! Thank you so much, keep up the great work!"

"I am 8 weeks postpartum. I have been suffering from gallstone that seemed to leaked into the tubing of my liver. I was recommended by my ob to come in for imaging and blood work. I did, I got her at 3pm, was say in the waiting room for 1hr. Then was placed in a room where blood was drawn. After 20 minutes of being in the room they said they need the room for another patient and moved me to a secluded corner in the hallway. I was there till 8:30pm until they took me down to ultrasound and was placed in the hall for another 3hrs. In which I informed several workers and nurses that I'll like to talk to my doctor. They didn't arrive till 3.5 hours later, informing me that they would like to keep me overnight and that they be placing me in a room soon. I reluctantly stayed and I was in the hallway till about 12 am. I was only place in a room after I complained. The room I was placed in was a suicide watch room in the back of the Ed in a corner. This was the worst experience of my life. I was forced to ask for a discharged because of how uncomfortable I felt with the staff and for my own safety. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone of color. Please got to the Longwood main campus hospital if you are on need for emergency care. I am currently leaving at 2am in the morning because of this and still haven't received treatment."

"LITERALLY THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER!! Do not come here if you have an emergency because you will be waiting in their ER waiting room for 2++ hours!! And the front desk staff are sooo rude and unfriendly! I’ve witnessed them speak to other patients so unprofessionally, they lack customer service skills and shouldn’t be working in the public if they can’t be friendly to patients! THE WORST BRIGHAM HOSPITAL! Please do not waste your time coming here because they will dismiss your concerns and tell you nothing is wrong. The ER Department is an absolute joke"

"I came to Faulkner ER twice now for the same hand pain. The first time they gave me some advil even though I told them several times that did nothing for my chronic severe pain. I took it anyways to make them feel better. The second time I begged for an MRI scan, because other tests for my pain were inconclusive and it was a last resort. The ER doctor literally told me he could give me one, but chose not to. He said they are too expensive of a test to waste on someone like me. He instead tried to refer me to the “pain clinic” which is where you go to numb your still unexplained pain with dangerous pharmaceuticals that will harm your health further in the long run. I thought it was especially funny when this guy said the MRI scan would be “too harmful” for me, before sending me to the slow death factory. Lmao. Told my family this story this morning and we are still all laughing at that guy. What a moron"
