I have sent 3 friends and patients to Dr Sarni . He is outstanding. In a class above all other Drs I’ve been asking for help for over 25. Years . I feel better for the first time since I was hit by a car on my bike at 16 . Thank you Dr Sarni !"

"I was referred to Boston Orthopedic and Spine and can say with confidence after my appointment this morning, I will NEVER be back, nor will I EVER recommend this facility. Dr. Sarni was hands down the rudest physician of ANY kind I've ever seen. He continually interrupted me, telling me that listening to the background issue of how and why I was referred was like listening to the phone book and literally dismissively waved his hand, as he said it and looked at his computer. He would ask a question and again, when I tried to answer he interrupted me repeatedly and or corrected me that what I said hurt was not actually what it was. He questioned tests I'd had done and although he said he could order things, he also kept repeating that in his opinion it would not yield an answer and I'd be back where I am today. Then, he questioned my weight, when I shared that as I had been trying to explain, this started 5 years ago while training for a half ironman. Dr. Sarni informed me exercise is scientifically proven not to be part of weight loss and asked again what am I doing. He was so rude and belittling that I finally said, I know I'm overweight but being an athlete I'm also aware how to fuel my body and its not working PLUS I have decreased mobility with pain. He asked my goal weight and when I shared he snickered and said at 5 feet tall that won't be enough and as he looked at his computer and then added I needed to see someone. I have been overweight my entire life and this issue was present when I weighed less and doing extensive training,ultimately the healthiest I had ever been. Is it an issue yes but its NOT the complete picture, had he bothered to listen! At this point, I gave up, and just powered thru the rest of the appointment. If Dr. Sarni doesn't want to actually try to help people anymore, he should retire because his behaviour yesterday was shameful. He 100% missed providing ANY TYPE of helpful medical care. Disgraceful and I won't ever be back."

"I saw him for pain around my sacroiliac joint. He recommended PT and said that if that did not work out, to come in for a cortisone shot. It did not work out, and I made an appointment for a cortisone shot. Dr. told me that a cortisone shot was not appropriate because of where the pain was. The pain was exactly in the same place as it was when he saw me the first time, so why tell me to come back in for a shot if he wasn’t going to give me one? Disappointed with this experience and still in pain. The review is two stars, not one, because I’m choosing to believe he means well."
