Our mission is to help individuals achieve independence and build meaningful connections within their community, guided by the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead a fulfilling life.

Our Commitment:

At SxS, we specialize in supporting adults with psychiatric, cognitive, and social disabilities. Licensed by The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, we are committed to providing comprehensive and holistic care tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Our approach begins with the development of an Individual Support Plan (ISP), crafted in collaboration with the individual, their family, and their outpatient team.

Empowering Independence:

We understand the complexities that arise from behavioral health issues and other life stressors. Our experienced clinical case managers work closely with individuals to harness their strengths and address their needs, fostering a path towards independence. Community integration is a cornerstone of our philosophy, as we encourage individuals to cultivate social networks and actively participate in community life.

Community Engagement:

Community is at the heart of SxS. We offer an array of engaging activities to promote social interaction and personal growth, including weekly Saturday events, overnight trips, picnics, barbecues, town halls, holiday gatherings, and open mic nights. These events provide our clients with the opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and build lasting relationships.

The M.E.A.L.S. Program:

One of the most vital components of our model is the M.E.A.L.S. program, which focuses on enhancing both individual life skills and interpersonal skills. This program is designed to support personal development and community engagement, empowering our clients to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
