"Location of my primary care physician."
"I've been cough for over 4 weeks and made an schedule with Ashley Zaganjori, NP. on 1/4/2023. She let me to do x-ray and I did on same day and the result come next day. I wait for a day. nobody follow up. so I call the front desk and was told they will give her a message. I've been waiting two more days and nobody cares about me. I'm still coughing."

"One of the most frustrating professions I have ever dealt with. They are terrible at communication or having any sense of urgency. I needed a letter to travel internationally at the height of COVID and it took me more than six attempts to secure the correct paperwork after sending explicit instructions several times over the Lahey portal and over the phone. They waited until the absolute last minute to complete this request despite my putting it in ahead of time to ensure enough time to be ready to leave the country. Additionally, they do not follow through with prescription or referral requests. I requested an extremely important rX and CVS returned it to them as my insurance didn't cover it. It took them over a week to respond and after seven phone calls to the practice and CVS, I still do not have this prescription. My PCP is also away for the long weekend, so it will likely be another week before I can have it filled. I HIGHLY do not recommend using this practice."
