"We were taken in to the exam room within 10 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. The medical assistant was very pleasant and professional and made sure to talk directly to my mother. Dr Chatfield joined just a few minutes later, greeted us with a smile and a handshake; spoke clearly and directly to my mother as well as me and gave plenty of time for answering questions and concerns. The presence of a trained scribe allowed Dr Chatfield to focus on my mother instead of the computer. The office was clean and welcoming and the front desk staff pleasant and efficient. Overall a great visit!"
