"I have followed Dr. Lim from a few different practices and always thought he was a great guy. I’m the fall of 2021 he tried extremely hard to pressure me into a Covid vax. He had zero and I mean zero interest in listening to my concerns to not take it. I am talking things like family history of heart issues including pericarditis!! He refused to even acknowledge this was something to consider, never mind anything else. For a guy who is open to alternative medicine and treatments this blew my mind! Few months later I got what I thought may have been Covid. When I reached out to see about medication he told me I didn’t get the vax sorry not my problem and hung up. At some point after that his office contacted my insurance company and switched my primary care to some random DR at the practice. I would give him zero stars if I could!!! So much for caring about your patients. I am so glad I never let Dr. Lim pressure me into taking that experimental shot!"

"The doctors at this practice are good BUT the front office at this location is the WORST. Noone answers the phone, but will after the phone has rung for 20+ minutes. There is very limited follow thru from the front office. Have them schedule something for you? Do it yourself or you'll have to call a bunch of times and show up in person to get it completed. God forbid you have a sniffle and the front office won't let you come in, it has to be telehealth. This would be a great practice if they cleaned up the front office and got people who DO their job and are passionate about helping people. Not only doing the bare minimum."

"SMG Pleant Valley internist office told me to make an appointment for annual physical on July 6th for the 22nd of July in order for prescriptions refill. Went for blood tests. Two hours before my 11:00 am appointment they called and said they are no longer taking my medicare advantage insurance. To keep the appointment I would have to pay $191.00 out of pocket. NO ONE informed me at any time about their new policy. I am a senior on medicare and abruptly have to find a new docter. I do not recommend this practice."

"Dr Lim, is an extremely knowledgeable doctor with superb bedside manners. He takes the time to understand his patience needs and individual requirements in order to prescribe the best treatment plan.I’ve been a patient of his for over 20 years!"
